AS Royal Infra Group is expanding, and we're looking for passionate, energetic, and experienced professionals to join our growing team in the hospitality and real estate sector.

📍 Position

Sales & Business Development Executive (Male/Female)

📍 Location

Dehradun, Uttarakhand

👤 Experience

Minimum 1–3 years in Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Marketing.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads and build client relationships.
Contact hotel owners, resort owners, and property developers.
Handle hotel leasing, management, franchise, and brand tie-up inquiries.
Conduct sales calls, follow-ups, and schedule client meetings.
Prepare proposals and maintain CRM/lead records.
Coordinate with the digital marketing and operations team.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

✅ Required Skills

Excellent Communication Skills (Hindi & English)
Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills
Computer & MS Office Knowledge
Email & WhatsApp Business Handling
Professional Attitude & Positive Mindset
Self-Motivated and Target-Oriented
Knowledge of Real Estate or Hospitality will be an added advantage.
