About the Role
Aion Health services is looking for a high-energy, driven Field Sales Executive to join our growth team in Ahmedabad. Your primary mission is to bridge the gap between healthcare professionals and the digital world. You will be on the ground, meeting with Doctors, Clinic Managers, and Hospital Administrators to demonstrate how our bespoke digital marketing services can enhance their patient reach and online reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Field Prospecting: Conduct daily in-person visits to private clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals across Ahmedabad.
Sales Presentations: Pitch our suite of services, including Social Media Management, AI tools, SEO, Website Development, and Patient Engagement strategies tailored for the healthcare sector.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure high retention and referral rates.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through aggressive lead generation and closing.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local healthcare trends and competitor activities within the Ahmedabad region.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in Pharma Sales, Medical Device Sales, or Media/Ad Sales. Experience dealing directly with Doctors is highly preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the geography of Ahmedabad and its key medical hubs (e.g., Satellite, C.G. Road, Maninagar, Chandkheda).
Attributes: A "go-getter" attitude with the resilience to handle field challenges and the professional polish required to interact with medical specialists.
Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily travel.
