Sales Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our business in Bangalore. The role requires strong field engagement, client relationship management, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals

• Identify new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and digital outreach

• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients

• Promote diagnostic services and wellness packages

• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)

• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently

• Maintain accurate sales reports and client database

• Represent the company in client meetings and presentations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or related field – Mandatory

• 1–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities

• Willingness to travel across Bangalore

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and performance-focused

Preferred Competencies:

• Experience in diagnostics or healthcare industry

• Existing network with doctors, clinics, or hospitals

• Strong B2B sales and client acquisition knowledge
