Position: Sales Manager – Field Sales
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable)

Education: MBA is mandatory
Job Responsibilities
- Manage field sales activities and meet potential clients.
- Schedule and attend client meetings regularly.
- Conduct face-to-face field meetings with clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Negotiate with clients regarding pricing and commercial terms.
- Take ownership of the complete sales process, from meeting to deal closure.
- Convert meetings into successful closed deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- MBA qualification is mandatory.
- Prior experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in handling client meetings independently.
- Strong closing and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with regular field visits.
- Female candidates preferred/required.
