सेल्स मैनेजर

This is a full-time, on-site Manager – Sales & Business Development role based in Harihar. The Real Estate Salesperson will identify and qualify prospective clients, present suitable real estate options, and guide them through the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, maintaining accurate listings, preparing and explaining sales proposals or agreements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and timely documentation. The role involves building long-term client relationships, responding to inquiries with a strong customer service focus, and staying informed about local market trends and regulations. The salesperson will also collaborate with management to meet sales targets, participate in promotional activities, and represent Topline’s professional standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including understanding of local market dynamics and property-related regulations.

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and compliance with all applicable state and local real estate laws and guidelines.

• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including negotiation, lead conversion, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, with strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to work on-site in Harihar, Davangere, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads and properties simultaneously.

• Proficiency with basic office software and real estate CRM or listing platforms is beneficial.

Relevant education in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is an advantage, as is prior experience in real estate or facility-related sales.
