Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Solar Sales

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our Solar Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in solar product sales, channel development, and distribution management, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for solar products across assigned regions.

• Manage and expand channel partner networks, including dealers and distributors.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Build strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.

• Identify new business opportunities in solar projects and channel sales.

• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.

• Guide and mentor the sales team for performance improvement.

• Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for lead generation and product support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.

• 3–7 years of proven experience in solar sales, channel sales, and distribution sales.

• Strong knowledge of solar products (panels, inverters, batteries, etc.).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to travel extensively as per business requirements.
