MANAGER – SALES

Job Description

We are seeking dynamic, passionate and driven professionals to join our Marketing, Sales and CRM

team. As the face of the company and the primary point of contact for our valued customers, you

will play a key role in representing the Spectra brand with excellence, integrity and customer centricity.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach and

online real estate portals.

• Engage with our existing clientele and drive referrals through our loyalty program.

• Interact with our existing and onboard new channel partners tp generate qualified leads

for our projects.

• Manage follow-ups with prospective clients, schedule site-visits and guide them through

the sales funnel.

• Negotiate effectively with prospective customers to facilitate successful closures.

• Achievement defined monthly and quarterly sales targets, both individually and as a team.

• Prepare annual sales plans, marketing strategies, customer profiles and assist with

compliance-related documentation in coordination with the Marketing and CRM teams.

• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and work ethic.

• Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with the Sales team, while being

open to continuous learning and development.

Work Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Premium / Luxury Residential Sales in Bengaluru, India

Education

Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.

Core Competency

Communication: Excellent command over English. Ability to converse in Hindi and southern

regional languages like Kannada, Telugu and so on is an added advantage.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Email Communication.

Familiarity with CRM Packages like Salesforce is an added bonus.
