Job Summary:
Suggestic Buildwell Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the real estate sector, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales to achieve business targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Promote and market residential and commercial real estate projects offered by the company.
Conduct property site visits and provide complete project details and guidance to clients.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with their property requirements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
Negotiate deals and ensure successful closure of property transactions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Keep updated on real estate market trends, pricing, competitors, and local developments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing sales role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric approach.
Knowledge of the Delhi/NCR real estate market will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Must possess a valid driving license and be open to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Working Days & Hours:
Monday to Sunday (Wednesday Off)
9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
