aligned residential projects and securely lock in
face-to-face site visit appointments.
CRM Management: Maintain impeccable updates
of all customer interactions, feedback logs, and
pipeline stages in the company system.
2. Field Sales & Closing (50%)
Guided Property Tours: Conduct physical
property tours with clients once appointments are
successfully scheduled.
Hyper-Local Efficiency: Accompany clients to a
maximum of one or two project sites strategically
located in the immediate, nearby vicinity.
Product Demonstration: Highlight layout USPs,
value propositions, mock-up apartments, and
location-specific growth drivers.
Deal Negotiation: Manage pricing objections
transparently and coordinate with Team Leaders to
successfully close bookings.
