Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Drive sales for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services
Identify and acquire new clients across corporate, industrial, and commercial sectors
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts
Market Analysis & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share
Proposal & Contract Management
Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and cost estimations
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and mentor the sales team
Coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery
Ensure alignment between client expectations and execution
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
Track KPIs and report performance to senior management
Networking & Brand Representation
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
Expand professional network to generate leads
