• Sales Conversion: Effectively convert leads into sales by understanding client needs and offering suitable insurance solutions.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of various insurance products and services to provide accurate information and address client queries.

• Negotiation: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to finalize deals that align with both client interests and company goals.

• Documentation: Collect necessary documents and payments from clients, ensuring timely submission to the organization as per defined protocols.

• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry regulations, competitor offerings, and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

• Database Management: Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients for future business opportunities, facilitating cross-selling and up-selling of insurance products.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and record performance metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
