We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and achieve business targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Manage lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, and closures.

• Handle negotiations and build strong client relationships.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.

• Conduct and support client meetings and property/site visits.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

• Prepare sales reports and track team performance.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales activities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience in real estate sales or business development preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
