Job Description – Sales Manager (Real Estate)

We are hiring a dynamic Sales Manager for our real estate company. Candidates with real estate experience will be preferred; however, talented candidates from other sales backgrounds are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle leads and convert them into site visits and sales closures

- Manage the complete sales process (Lead → Follow-up → Visit → Closing)

- Conduct client meetings and site visits

- Build strong customer relationships

- Achieve sales targets consistently

- Maintain proper follow-up and CRM updates

Requirements:

- 1 to 5 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred)

- Candidates from other sales fields with strong skills can also apply

- Excellent communication and convincing skills

- Strong negotiation and closing ability

- Target-driven and self-motivated

Salary & Benefits:

- ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 fixed salary
