Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales executives and telecaller teams to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and client segments.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.

• Coordinate with the marketing and project teams to ensure alignment in branding and delivery.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.

• Continuously enhance team performance through training and performance evaluations.
