Medigurukulam is a fast-growing e-learning platform dedicated to medical and paramedical students, offering comprehensive, curriculum-based learning tools. With a growing user base and expanding product offerings, we are looking for an experienced Sales managers to lead our sales engine and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
· Design and implement a scalable sales strategy aligned with business goals.
· Drive revenue growth through lead generation, dealers, and institutional partnerships.
· Manage and motivate Zonal Heads to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
· Monitor and support the performance of Area Sales Managers (ASMs).
· Identify new opportunities, and partnerships.
Operations Management:
· Oversee end-to-end operational efficiency across all zones.
· Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Support) to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and customer retention.
Team Development:
· Recruit, train, and mentor Zonal Heads and ASMs.
· Conduct regular performance reviews, skill-building workshops, and team-building activities.
Strategic Planning:
· Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine positioning and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales.
· Proven experience in managing multi-level sales teams and distributed operations.
· Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
· Willingness to travel across India as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
Compensation:
Salary Range- 1 L- 1.5 L / month
