Manage and develop a network of DSAs to generate business for Personal Loans.
Drive sourcing of unsecured loan cases (salaried & self-employed segment).
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and channel partners.
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor DSA performance and provide necessary support and guidance.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the DSA network.
