Kharadi, Pune

Experience

• 1 to 3 year of experience in B2C Sales (preferred)

Candidates with experience in Real Estate Sales are preferred

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate

• MBA preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle company-generated leads and connect with prospective clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.

• Make outbound calls, follow up with prospects, and schedule site visits.

• Conduct property presentations and assist clients throughout the buying process.

• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• Coordinate with builders and internal teams for documentation and deal completion.

• Conduct market research on new projects, builders, and property trends.

• Stay updated on real estate market developments, rules, and regulations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for sales and achieving targets.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
