KleanEarth Bioenergies manufactures biomass fuel pellets (100 TPD capacity) used by industrial boilers as a replacement for coal — a rapidly growing market driven by rising fuel costs, emission norms, and sustainability commitments across textiles, paper, food processing, dairy, pharma and chemicals.

We are seeking an accomplished B2B sales professional with 5–10 years of proven experience in industrial sales — preferably biomass, briquettes, coal, or boiler-related products. The candidate must possess sound technical understanding of fuel parameters (GCV, ash content, moisture, feed size) and the ability to engage confidently with boiler operators, purchase heads, and business owners alike. We expect strong negotiation and closing skills with SME promoters on pricing and credit terms, the persistence to convert successful trials into recurring monthly orders, and firm receivables discipline — a sale is considered complete only upon payment realization. The role requires extensive field presence: 21 of 26 working days touring Western, Northern and parts of Eastern India, with self-managed route planning, expense control, and daily reporting. Fluency in Hindi is essential; demonstrated sales performance will be valued over qualifications.

Key responsibilities include: identifying and targeting high-consumption boiler clients; conducting sampling and coordinating boiler trials through to approval; building strong working relationships across all levels of the client organization — boiler operators, store incharges, and owners; negotiating and booking orders; coordinating dispatches with the plant, confirming deliveries, and resolving discrepancies; and owning payment collection end to end. Compensation: ₹60,000- 70,000/month fixed + travel allowances + performance incentives on realized tonnage.
