Job Description:
Role Overview
We are hiring a results-driven Sales Officer to generate new food orders and business partnerships for our cloud kitchen. The role focuses on bulk orders, corporate clients, delivery platforms, and local tie-ups to increase daily order volume and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new daily and weekly orders through field sales, calls, and referrals
Onboard corporate, institutional, and bulk order clients (offices, hostels, events)
Promote meal plans, subscriptions, party packs, and combo offers
Build local partnerships with societies, gyms, co-working spaces, and event planners
Track leads, orders, and collections; share regular sales reports
Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution
Candidate Profile
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Experience in food, QSR, FMCG, or horeca sales preferred
Comfortable with field work and flexible hours
Target-oriented and self-motivated
