Sales Manager – Electrical

Position: Sales Manager

Number of Positions: 1

Experience: Preferably 5 years in the same industry, especially selling to Builders/Developers

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Location: Gurugram / Project Sites

Industry: Electrical / Power / Infrastructure

Education

* ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering – Required

* B.Tech in Electrical Engineering – Added Advantage

Job Responsibilities

* Develop new business opportunities and generate leads for electrical and power-related projects.

* Identify and approach builders, developers, contractors, consultants and industrial clients.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and key decision-makers.

* Understand client requirements and propose suitable electrical solutions.

* Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial discussions.

* Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution of confirmed orders.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Conduct client meetings, market visits and regular project/site visits.

* Track market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.

* Maintain records of leads, meetings, quotations and sales pipeline.

Requirements

* Preferably 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in the Electrical, Power, EPC, Infrastructure or related industry.

* Candidates with experience selling electrical products/services/projects to Builders and Developers will be preferred.

* ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.

* B.Tech in Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage.

* Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.

* Good knowledge of electrical products/projects and the market.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and project/site visits.

* Target-oriented with strong business development and relationship-management skills.

Compensation

₹30,000–₹40,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
