We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our India team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and drive sales performance in a fast-paced environment.
Drive retail sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
Manage store operations, merchandising, and product displays (if applicable).
Track sales metrics, prepare sales reports, and share insights with management.
Coordinate with internal teams for stock, pricing, and promotional activities.
Train and guide junior sales staff (if any) to enhance overall team performance.
Ensure excellent customer service standards at all times.
2–6 years of proven experience in retail sales or related roles.
Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written.
Strong customer engagement and relationship-building abilities.
Good understanding of retail sales processes and consumer behaviour.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
Ability to join immediately or at short notice.
Prior experience working with international brands (added advantage).
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Graduation in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
