• About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Manager / Educational Counsellor responsible for managing leads, counselling students and parents, delivering detailed product/service presentations, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, ethical conduct, and disciplined execution of sales processes using CRM systems. The candidate will represent the organization professionally in all interactions.
• Location:
Mumbai- Thane
(Candidate should be open to travel to other centres/campuses as and when required. Official travel conveyance will be reimbursed as per company policy.)
• Responsibilities:
•
Manage and track leads through systematic telephonic engagement and CRM updates
•
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career pathways
•
Conduct online and telephonic presentations explaining products and services in detail
•
Ensure timely follow-ups and effective lead conversion
•
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
•
Build strong and constructive relationships with prospective students and parents
•
Maintain accurate records and reports in CRM/LMS systems
•
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of processes
•
Maintain professionalism in communication, presentation, and conduct
•
Follow company policies, HR guidelines, and ethical standards
•
Handle objections and rejections constructively while maintaining a positive approach
• Requirements:

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Internet)

10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Friday) 10 AM to 5 PM (Saturday)
