Develop and achieve sales targets for tile adhesive, grout, epoxy and related construction chemical products.
Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers and retailers in the assigned territory.
Develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, builders and applicators.
Conduct daily market visits to generate new business and strengthen existing accounts.
Ensure product availability, visibility and proper market coverage across the assigned territory.
Generate leads and convert new customers through field sales activities.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, market activities and customer feedback.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for dealers, contractors and applicators.
Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for order booking, dispatches, payments and collections.
