Location: - Maharashtra (HO- Mahape / Andheri)

Profile: - Sales Manager – Industrial Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and generate new business from manufacturing companies

• Build and maintain relationships with:

⚬ Maintenance Managers

⚬ Plant Heads

⚬ Purchase Teams

• Promote company services such as:

⚬ Industrial electronics repair

⚬ Refurbishment services

⚬ On-site field service support

• Conduct client visits and sales meetings regularly

• Identify service opportunities in:

⚬ UPS systems

⚬ Industrial automation

⚬ Electronics and control systems

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal technical teams for solution alignment

• Maintain a strong pipeline and report progress regularly

Academic Qualification: - Graduate

Experience (In Years): - 3+ years

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in industrial/B2B sales

• Strong network with factory maintenance personnel

• Good understanding of manufacturing ecosystem in Mumbai & Pune

• Ability to do field sales and travel frequently

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-driven and target-oriented

Preferred Background:

• Experience in selling:

⚬ Industrial services

⚬ Maintenance contracts (AMC/CMC)

⚬ Electronics/automation repair solutions

• Prior exposure to industries like:

⚬ Manufacturing

⚬ Automotive

⚬ Pharma

⚬ Engineering

Key Traits:

• Able to open doors quickly through existing contacts
