Sales Manager (Consultants/Interior/Architectural Segment)
Position: Sales Manager – Consultants/Interior/Architect Relations

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager with proven experience in dealing closely with architects, consultants, and design firms. The role involves generating business through architect-led specifications, building strong professional relationships, and driving sales for our products/MEP services in the construction & design ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies focused on architects, interior designers, and Electrical consultants.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Consultants/Interior/Architectural firms and key decision-makers.
Ensure inclusion of company product in project specifications and issue of MEP inqiriess.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demos to them.
Generate new business opportunities.
Negotiate and close deals in coordination with project owners, Architects, and Consultants.
Organize architect-focused seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
Provide regular reports, forecasts, and project pipeline updates to management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong network and rapport with Architects, Consultants, and Interior Design professionals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
In-depth knowledge of the MEP projects and Fire Extinguishers.
Proven ability to drive sales through Consultants, Architect and Interior Designers.
Negotiation and contract management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Electrical Engineer, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in B2B sales with Architects/Consultants/Interior Designers..
Prior experience in MEP/Fire Extinguisher industry is essential.
