About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth for our SEO and digital marketing services.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, lead generation, client acquisition, and B2B sales. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, developing client relationships, and achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.

The successful candidate should be a confident communicator, strategic thinker, and motivated sales professional who can understand client requirements and effectively position our SEO solutions to generate measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, email campaigns, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels.

• Identify and qualify potential clients who can benefit from SEO and digital marketing services.

• Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand prospects' business goals, challenges, target markets, and SEO requirements.

• Present and demonstrate SEO service offerings, strategies, proposals, and expected business outcomes to prospective clients.

• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial agreements.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation, closing, and handover to the account/project management team.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms while maintaining company profitability.

• Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and emerging opportunities within the SEO and digital marketing industry.

• Collaborate with SEO specialists, content teams, developers, and account managers to create effective solutions for prospects.

• Continuously improve sales processes, scripts, presentations, and conversion strategies.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands both sales and SEO and can translate SEO services into clear business value for clients. You should be comfortable discussing digital marketing strategies with prospects, handling objections, negotiating deals, and consistently converting qualified leads into long-term clients.
