Job Summary

Care India Finvest Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to expand our market presence in the Hissar region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing field sales activities, achieving revenue targets, and building strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory

• Conduct regular field visits to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Gather market intelligence and report competitor activities

• Maintain accurate documentation and submit daily activity reports

• Ensure consistent follow-ups to maximize customer retention and repeat business

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 5–10 years of experience in Sales (Managerial level preferred)

• Education: Graduate (Mandatory)

Preferred Industry Background

• Finance

• Loan Industry

• FMCG Products

• Agriculture

❌ Candidates from Banking or Real Estate industries will not be considered.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• In-depth knowledge of the local Hissar market

• Target-oriented with a self-driven attitude

• Ability to work independently in a field sales environment

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (Preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

• Incentive: Up to ₹30,000 (Quarterly Performance-Based Incentive)
