As Sales Manager (Used Construction & Mining Equipment), you will own the revenue for your
assigned territory. Your mission is to connect genuine sellers with the right buyers, expand our marketplace
footprint, and drive high-quality transactions through both auction and direct-sale channels.

□ What You Will Be Responsible For
1# Build & Manage a Strong Lead Pipeline
• Identify, qualify, and on-board sellers of used construction and mining equipment
• Actively build demand by sourcing buyers across contractors, fleet owners, brokers, and traders
• Engage leads through calls, site visits, demos, and negotiations
2# Manage Key Accounts & Partnerships
Handle relationships with:
• EPC Companies
• Equipment Dealers
• Banks/NBFCs (repossession & liquidation teams)
• Work closely with logistics partners for inspections, movement, and deliveries
• Ensure seamless coordination from lead generation to deal closure
3# Data, Documentation & Market Intelligence
• Maintain updated records in CRM and ensure timely MIS reporting
• Share quick market trends, price benchmarks, and competitor insights
• Track asset conditions, inspection reports, and documentation accuracy
4# Deliver on Core KPIs
• Your performance will be measured on:
• Lead-to-sale conversion ratio
• Units closed per month
• Revenue generated from territory
• Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) & Turnaround Time (TAT)
□ What You Should Bring
• Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment, capital-goods, automotive, or industrial B2B
sales
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and closing skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales reporting
• Ability to handle field visits, machinery inspection coordination, and client meetings
• A problem-solver mind-set with strong ownership of targets
• Willingness to travel across your assigned region
