Key Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and meet assigned sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the customer base.
Understand client requirements and promote suitable software solutions.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Develop and close new business opportunities through negotiation and collaboration.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing sales teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience in software sales and knowledge of IT/software solutions.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
Experience in the education sector is an added advantage.
