
Responsibilities:
Generate new business for CASA, Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Loan products
Source customers through sales, cold calling, referrals, and local activities
Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager
Pitch and sell multiple banking and financial products to customers
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up for closures
Support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to maximize revenue
Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and marketing activities
Maintain customer data, leads, and sales MIS as per reporting guidelines
Coordinate with the Sales Manager and team for joint calls and deal closures
Ensure basic compliance and documentation requirements during sales
