* Handle customer meetings, site visits, negotiations, and successful deal closures.

* Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends.

* Coordinate with the marketing team to convert leads into qualified sales opportunities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and business associates.

* Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

### **Required Qualifications**

* 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
