Location: Delhi- Wazirpur Industrial Area
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing markets, managing channels, and achieving revenue targets for the company’s Nutraceutical products/FMCG.
Develop and implement monthly and quarterly sales plans
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth
Appoint, manage, and support distributors, stockists, and channel partners
Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
Guide and motivate the sales team to improve performance
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and regulatory teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Graduate / MBA preferred
3–10 years of experience in Nutraceutical/FMCG sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong knowledge of channel sales and market development
Exposure to domestic markets; export experience is an advantage
Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Willingness to travel extensively
