Sales Field Manager

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager with strong market knowledge and a proven track record of generating sales through self-generated leads as well as company-provided leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through market visits, networking and personal leads.

• Convert company-generated leads into successful sales.

• Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers, builders and corporate clients.

• Handle client meetings, product presentations, quotations and negotiations independently.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure effective lead conversion.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.

• Coordinate with showroom and internal teams for order execution.

• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records and follow-up data.

• Handle clients professionally as a representative of the company.

Required Skills:

• 5–6 years of proven field sales/business development experience.

• Strong lead generation and sales conversion skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Strong customer relationship management.

• Target-oriented and result-driven.

• Ability to independently handle the complete sales cycle.

• Strong market networking and client acquisition skills.

• Lighting/electrical industry experience strongly preferred.

• Experience dealing with architects, interior designers, dealers and project clients will be an advantage.
