Job Summary:
Aqua Pure Water is looking for a target-driven and energetic Sales Executive / Sales Officer to expand its presence across North Delhi in HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), retail outlets, and corporate clients. The role involves generating new business, strengthening distribution networks, and increasing brand visibility in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Sales
Identify new business opportunities in North Delhi (HORECA, Retail, Corporate sectors)
Develop and convert leads into long-term clients
Promote Aqua Pure Water products to increase sales volume
2. Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure repeat orders
Resolve client concerns and ensure satisfaction
3. Market Penetration
Increase product presence in local markets, shops, cafes, and offices
Expand distributor and dealer network in North Delhi
Ensure proper product placement and visibility
4. Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Track sales performance and submit daily/weekly reports
Plan local strategies to boost sales
5. Sales Operations
Coordinate with logistics team for timely delivery
Ensure stock availability at distributor and retailer level
Manage order processing efficiently
6. Market Analysis
Monitor competitor brands and pricing in Delhi market
Stay updated on customer preferences and trends
Provide feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred)
1–3 years experience in FMCG / Packaged Drinking Water / Beverage industry
Good knowledge of North Delhi market and local distribution network
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Two-wheeler preferred for field work
