Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive – Plots Sales to manage and expand plot sales operations in Jaipur and Kota. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, site visits, customer handling, and closing plot sales while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial plot sales

• Conduct site visits and explain project details, location advantages, and pricing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information regarding plots

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and registration processes

• Maintain sales records, client data, and follow-up reports

• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies

• Support marketing activities such as site events, promotions, and campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in plots/land sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills

• Good knowledge of local real estate markets (Jaipur/Kota preferred)

• Ability to handle site visits and field sales activities

• Target-oriented with strong closing abilities

• Basic knowledge of documentation related to plot sales is an advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in residential plotting projects

• Local market exposure in Jaipur or Kota

• Two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred for site visits
