Acquire new Current Account customers and achieve assigned business targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.

Ensure excellent customer service and timely query resolution.

Generate business through referrals and local market activities.

Cross-sell banking products to existing and new customers.

Maintain compliance with bank policies and operational guidelines.

Team handling experience is mandatory for the Team Leader (CATL) role.
