Job Title: Sales Executive – BTL Marketing (Food Industry)

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Executive to handle BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities and promotional events across Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for brand promotion, lead generation, and execution of on-ground marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 BTL & Promotional Activities
Plan and execute BTL activities in residential apartments, malls, gyms, schools, exhibitions, and special events.
Conduct product sampling, brand promotions, and customer engagement activities.
Ensure proper setup and branding visibility at event locations.
🔹 Permissions & Coordination
Obtain necessary approvals and permissions from apartment associations, mall management, school authorities, gym management, and event organizers.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) for smooth execution of activities.
🔹 Sales & Lead Generation
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Explain product features and brand benefits effectively to potential customers.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
🔹 Reporting & Execution
Submit daily/weekly activity reports with performance updates.
Ensure activities are executed successfully despite operational challenges.
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and brand standards during events.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in BTL activities (FMCG/Food industry preferred).
Strong communication skills in English (local language proficiency is an added advantage).
Ability to travel across Bengaluru for events and promotions.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends or extended hours during events.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
