Sales Generation: Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets, including closing deals.
Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on gold, jewellery, and, in some cases, investment options.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of current jewellery trends, gold rates, and product specifications.
Inventory & Display: Handle inventory, maintain stock records, and ensure displays are clean, secure, and attractive.
Operational Support: Process transactions using POS systems, assist with billing, and prepare daily sales reports
