About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with clients, and expanding the company’s market presence through field visits and direct customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Visit clients, retailers, distributors, and business partners in assigned areas
Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Present and explain company products/services to clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
Collect customer feedback and market insights
Maintain daily visit reports and sales records
Ensure timely follow-ups and client servicing
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
Prior experience in field sales/business development is preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities
Willingness to travel locally
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Preferred Skills
Experience in FMCG, retail, flowers, gifting, or consumer products industry
Knowledge of local markets and vendors
Ability to build long-term client relationships
