Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing customers to promote furniture products.

• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and market research.

• Meet architects, interior designers, builders, corporate clients, and dealers to develop business opportunities.

• Conduct product presentations and explain product features, pricing, and customization options.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure repeat business.

• Coordinate with the showroom, warehouse, and delivery teams for order execution.

• Collect customer feedback and provide after-sales support.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

• Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and customer database updates.

• Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns when required.

Required Skills

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Excellent customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Good knowledge of furniture products and market trends.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, and billing software).

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Problem-solving and time management skills.

Additional Requirements

• Valid two-wheeler driving license.

• Own two-wheeler preferred.

• Willingness to travel frequently.
