Sales Executive

We Are Hiring A Sales Executive (Uber)

Salary:

Rs. 20,000/- Per Month.

Incentives: Average incentive per team member Rs. 30,000/-

Training:

Candidates would be provided 2 weeks of hands-on training.

Experience:

Minimum 06 Months Experience Required In Field Sales.

Qualification:

Minimum HSC (12th) Passed.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. Driver Identification & Outreach:

○ Proactively identify registered auto drivers who haven’t started driving on the

Uber platform.

○ Initiate communication with these drivers, introducing them to the benefits of

driving with Uber.

2. Driver Engagement & Onboarding:

○ Assist drivers in completing all onboarding steps, from registration through to

activation.

○ Provide comprehensive guidance, resources, and support to ensure a seamless

onboarding experience.

3. Encouragement & Activation:

○ Actively monitor new drivers’ progress to ensure they complete their first trips

promptly.

○ Offer motivational support and assistance to address any barriers to their first

ride.

Skills Required:

● Willingness to work on-field and find areas of expansion

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for motivation and

engagement.

● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.

● Familiarity with the Uber platform or similar onboarding systems is an advantage.

● A sales Executive or field executive is preferred
