Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with SME and enterprise clients.
Sales Execution: Close sales through door-to-door visits, cold calling, and product presentations.
Market Expansion: Identify new prospects and develop creative sales strategies to boost regional growth.
Reporting & Tracking: Report performance metrics and client feedback to management regularly.
Supply Chain Support: Coordinate with supply chain or logistics teams to monitor stock availability and ensure timely delivery of products.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum Graduate degree (e.g., B.Com, BBA, BA, BSc).
Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in field sales.
Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Requirements: A valid driving license and a personal two-wheeler are required for field travel.
Gender Preference: Typically restricted to male candidates for extensive field operations.
