Job purpose ...
- Identify project opportunities, prepare technical-commercial quotes, close orders and coordinate delivery, billing and collections for bubble and XLPE insulation products (no sketches/drawings required).
Key responsibilities
- Source leads from web portals, architects, consultants, contractors and referrals.
- Meet clients to understand scope, recommend suitable bubble/XLPE products, and provide datasheets/samples.
- Negotiate contracts to secure orders while protecting margins.
- Convert client requirements into BOQ..
- Coordinate with production, coordinator for on-time dispatch and delivery.
- follow up on payments.
- Maintain CRM, submit regular sales reports and update forecast.
Qualifications & experience
- Diploma/Graduate
- 2–6 years in commercial sales, preferably building materials, insulation or HVAC.
Key skills
- Good product knowledge of bubble and XLPE insulation properties and applications.
- Strong commercial sense, negotiation and client-facing skills.
- Organized, travel-ready, good communicator and target-driven.
KPIs
- Quotations submitted and conversion rate.
- Monthly/quarterly sales revenue..
- On-time deliveries and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
