Full Time
Visit companies, businesses, and potential clients to generate new leads.
Identify and approach organizations with HR and recruitment requirements.
Meet decision-makers and understand their business and HR needs.
Promote Recruitment, HR Consulting, Payroll, Compliance, and HR Training services.
Conduct client meetings and explain service offerings professionally.
Generate leads through cold visits, referrals, networking, and local business contacts.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for client requirements.
Maintain records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Explore new markets and identify opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
Any Bachelor's degree.
1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or B2B sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel within Vijayawada and nearby areas.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Ability to independently handle client visits and follow-ups.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
