Job Description – Sales Executive (Wallpaper & Wooden Flooring)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to promote and sell wallpaper, wooden flooring, vinyl flooring, and other interior décor products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, understanding their requirements, providing product solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.

• Meet prospective customers and present product samples.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable wallpaper and flooring solutions.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.

• Coordinate with the installation and operations team for project execution.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of wallpaper, wooden flooring, vinyl flooring, or interior products preferred.

• Ability to handle customer meetings and site visits.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).

• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Diploma.

• Experience in interior products, building materials, construction materials, or related sales will be an added advantage.
