Rapido Fleet Operator / FOS Executive

Location: Mumbai (Initial Hiring)

Future Hiring: Delhi, Guwahati & Kolkata (after completion of 20 hires in Mumbai)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 + Attractive Incentives

Role Overview

We are hiring Fleet Operators / Feet on Street (FOS) Executives responsible for onboarding drivers (captains) onto the Rapido platform. The role involves travelling within the city and convincing drivers to join Rapido. Candidates should be able to interact with and convince cab drivers, auto-rickshaw drivers and bike riders to register and start driving on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel across the city to onboard drivers for Bike, Auto, Cab & E-Rickshaw services

• Explain Rapido platform benefits and earnings to drivers and convince them to join

• Register captains through the Partner Manager App using OTP verification

• Install and verify the Rapido Captain App on the driver’s mobile

• Collect and upload required documents depending on the service

• Fill Google Form / Lead Sheet with driver details and sign-ups

• Maintain follow-ups with interested drivers if additional details are required

• Report daily field activity, data and sign-ups to the Team Leader

Training

Training will be provided.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with field work / driver interaction

• Basic smartphone knowledge required
