Job Overview

Swastik Group of Industries is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing products, and converting inquiries into successful sales. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update the client database.

• Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with the operations team for timely deliveries.

• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings.

• Prepare daily sales reports and provide regular feedback to management.

  Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Below 10th (Higher qualifications are welcome).

  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or field sales.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-oriented approach with excellent selling skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, CRM, or similar tools).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
