The Field Staff is responsible for promoting and selling agrochemical products (pesticides, fertilizers, herbicides, plant growth regulators, etc.) to farmers, dealers, and distributors. The role involves field visits, product demonstrations, relationship building, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Visit farmers, retailers, and distributors regularly in the assigned area.
Promote company agrochemical products and explain product benefits.
Conduct product demonstrations and field trials.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and farmers.
Collect market feedback regarding competitors’ products and pricing.
Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers/distributors.
Maintain daily field visit reports and submit to reporting manager.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
Participate in farmer meetings, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
1–3 years of experience in agrochemical sales (Freshers with agriculture background can apply)
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of crops and agrochemical products
Ability to work independently in field
Strong negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Mobile reporting apps
Two-wheeler with valid driving license
Ready to work in rural areas
