Job Title: Sales Consultant – Dealer & Distributor Growth

Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales

Job Description:

BTL is a leading brand in Hardware, Furniture Fittings, and Glassware Fittings with over 40 years of industry presence. We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales professional to expand our dealer and distributor network, strengthen market presence, and drive territory growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing dealer and distributor relationships.

• Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers and distributors.

• Conduct regular market visits and build strong customer relationships.

• Generate demand for BTL products at the dealer level.

• Support product trials and encourage dealer recommendations.

• Work closely with distributors to improve stock movement and secondary sales.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

• Achieve territory sales and market expansion targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in Field Sales, Channel Sales, Dealer Sales, or Distributor Management.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable with extensive travel and market visits.

• Ability to build long-term business relationships.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Experience in Hardware, Furniture Fittings, Plywood, Laminates, Building Materials, Glassware Fittings, or related industries preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• 3–10+ years in dealer/distributor-driven sales.

• Existing dealer or distributor network will be an advantage.
