We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our Sales & Sales Division for the retail segment.
Location - Jharkhand, Bihar & West Bengal
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential distributors and dealers.
Promote and sell inverter batteries, solar modules, and solar products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and dealers.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, order processing, and delivery.
Follow up with customers and dealers for orders and payments.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
🔹 Requirements
Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.
Preferably in solar, batteries, electrical products, or related industries.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel for market visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
